Dutch Oven 12"
A Dutch oven is a traditional thick-walled cooking pot made of cast iron and has been used for many centuries. Its material means the heat is spread evenly across the Dutch oven and heats the food from all sides. Coal or briquettes can be placed on top of the lid to create extra warmth from the top. When the lid is flipped it can be used as a second pot. In this flipped position, the lid had a waving grill structure. It has a firm footing in or on the fire thanks to its three legs. Alternatively the Dutch oven can be hung above the fire thanks to the two handles.
